How do I place an Order?

Ordering on Spawake is easy. Simply browse for the product of your choice and follow the steps below:

  • Click ‘Add to Cart’ button below the products of your choice.
  • Go to your cart, from the cart icon showing at the right corner of the website.
  • Click on Proceed to checkout

Can I buy multiple products in a single order?

Yes, you can buy as many products as you want in a single order.

How do I know that my order is confirmed?

Once your order is confirmed, you will see a confirmation page displaying a unique Order ID.

In addition, you will receive an email confirming your order details.

Do I have to have an account to place an order at Spawake?

No, you always have an option to place an order as a guest. Though it is always recommended to create an account at Spawake so that you can track all your past and present orders at any time in one place!

Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?

For all the orders below Rs.500, delivery charge of Rs.50 is applicable. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out so that buyers can know about this before making payments.

How can I cancel my order?

Once placed, order can be cancelled by calling our toll-free number 1800-10-28-048 or sending an email on consumerresponse@koseindia.com within 4 hours of placing the order. Post 4 hours we will not be able to cancel the order.

We are available over call Monday to Friday 09:00AM to 06:00PM. If you want to cancel any order on non-working hours or public holidays kindly drop us an Email and we will get back to you. 

How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?

Once order is cancelled, online payment will be refunded within 10 to 15 working day through the same medium.
