Delivery of products:

All Purchases are shipped from our third-party warehouses from various points in India. Our endeavour is to make the products reach to you within 5 to 6 business days from receipt of order and payment depending on the address for delivery.

Delivery Charges:

For all the orders below Rs.500, delivery charge of Rs.50 is applicable. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out so that buyers can know about this before making payments.

Order Cancellation:

Once placed, order can be cancelled by calling our toll-free number 1800-10-28-048 or sending an email on consumerresponse@koseindia.com within 4 hours of placing the order. Post 4 hours we will not be able to cancel the order.

We are available over call Monday to Friday 09:00AM to 06:00PM. If you want to cancel any order on non-working hours or public holidays kindly drop us an Email and we will get back to you.

Once order is cancelled, online payment will be refunded within 10 to 15 working day through the same medium.

Product returns:

Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible.

To return any items that are damaged or not as per your original order, please contact customer service by calling on our toll-free number 1800-10-28-048 or sending an email on consumerresponse@koseindia.com within 48 hours of the delivery of the product along with images of the product received.

All damaged items or items not as per your order that are to be returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and products in unopened, saleable condition, otherwise the same will not be taken back.

Shipping charges + Convenience Fees for return of these orders will not be refunded.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or used products.

Refuse to Accept Order:

If the buyer refuses to accept his order, he still must pay the shipping + convenience fees in case of COD. In case of online payment refund will be processed after deducting the same.
